Project Childsafe provides free gunlocks to secure/lock your personal firearms. These locks have been furnished to local police departments for distribution within their communities. Want one or more of these gunlocks --- stop by the Griffith Police Department, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and show a photo ID (drivers license) confirming you are a Griffith resident. Not a Griffith resident? Call your local police department as they should have free gunlocks provided under the Project Childsafe program.
