Senior Citizens Center |
The Senior Citizens Center is located at the corner of Miller and Indiana Avenue. The Senior Citizens Center is supported by the Town of Griffith and is open to Griffith residents only. Non-residents may attend if brought as a guest by a Griffith resident.
The center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Luncheon meals are served to persons aged 55 and over. Costs are $3.00 for Griffith residents and $4.00 for non-residents. For those desiring lunch, we ask that you call us the day before so that we can advise the food caterer.
Van service is available. Other services include: recreational programs as well as information and referrrals to other senior services.

Telephone Privacy - No Telemarketing Calls
The State of Indiana Telephone Privacy Law went into effect on January 1, 2002, and includes the capability for citizens to register themselves and be included on a "don't call/no telephone solicitation" list which telemarketers/telephone solicitors must follow.
